Real estate involves face to face interactions, while projectors and TVs are usually sold third party at Best Buy or something. 

But I&#039;m guessing your premise isn&#039;t that customer service be improved, but rather that any industry would be served well by better understanding its customers? In that case, I agree. Just its &quot;Branding&quot; when its not about face to face trust right?</description>
