Stop pretending

Knock it off. Really. It’s not doing anyone any good. False praise doesn’t work, nor does lack of negativity. If you disagree with something, SAY it. If someone does something you think is stupid, call them on it.

Or let it go. REALLY let it go. None of us can get better without criticism from those around us.

  • This is true. Not sure if you saw it ... and it goes back to our disagreement discussion but, there was an article published by the WP Carey School of Business on why entrprenuers need negative feedback.
    This is, however, another one of the times where I am going to have to agree with you. Oh... and another thing. Congrats on the race. And that's for real. I want to do one now.
