Read the headline again. Now repeat it. It’s PR, people.
Stop putting ads up and claiming it’s social media. Don’t tell me that a YouTube video has anything to do with social media. And for the love of God, stop going to review sites and writing good reviews for the place you represent (James B, I’m talking to you here).
I know advertising companies want to think that Facebook pages, Twitter accounts and Yelp memberships are going to drive customers, but customers want AUTHENTICITY, not bullshit marketing pitches and advertorials that you aren’t up front about.
Follow James here and ask him why the hell he’s ruining it for the rest of us. Vinery 214, I hope he’s not charging you much.
