The Problem with Dependence

As someone who has lost more nights to alcohol than he cares to remember, Craig Ferguson‘s monologue from last November really nails it.

Whether you’re dependent on drugs, food or anything not in moderate amounts to get through your day, get help. Ask for it.

Don’t spend the rest of your life trying to remember who you could have been. Spend the rest of your life being who you should be.
