But given how heavily taxpayer-funded they are, to the point of being a QUANGO, I think they should be fair game for citizens to use whatever method (short of physical violence of course) they see fit to crack PP open and get some sunshine in there. Want to do things the right way? It can't get much more wrong than government-granted privileges to organizations that represent special interests.
