I know my comment could be revoked anytime in the future, should AT&T mess me over, but they've been alright to me. Their customer service is very nice, but almost too nice. It's like they're not even authentic and their staff has no control over the network. (For instance, when asking them to reset my 3g service, "we can't do that.") On T-Mobile, they can do it. On Verizon, they can do it.

Anyhow, that sucks and it would fall in line with AT&T to have termed your service for a postal address error. While having a postal address is fine, you paid the bill which makes it kinda frustrating.

And yes, I love it when corporate fee schedules for consumer errors are usually higher then when the company makes an error. Accountability.

~joe

What a retarded move. Great job AT&T. Can't say I'm surprised though, with all the other nightmare tales I hear about from the company.

I have yet to find a happy AT&T customer. Just jailbreak that phone and make the switch to T-Mobile! Ok, so you'll lose the 3G but I really haven't noticed much of a difference. I LOVE the fact that I can customized my phone with themes, additional apps and hacks and have been doing so for over a year with no issues.

Or go Nexus One. I still won't trade my iPhone for anything, but I've been having a lot of fun playing with my partner's N1.
