It’s time to be more honest
One day it’s auto-DMs, the next it’s poor service and then it’s terrible grammar and spelling in an email.
Why aren’t you calling these people out? Why aren’t you holding people responsible for their actions?
Think of it the next time someone is yapping loudly on a cell phone in the line next to you. Ask them, politely, to either be quiet or get off the phone. See what the rest of the people in line do.
Next time you get an auto DM, TELL EVERYONE ELSE ABOUT IT. Let us police ourselves.
Deal with a dishonest company? Let someone know. If you want to do this in private, pick a loud mouth with revels in this kind of thing (ahem).
Start holding others accountable, it’s the only way they’re going to learn.
