Too often businesses don’t do the little things right. They make websites that are hard to navigate, menus that are hard to read and price sheets that need to be explained.
I love it when businesses get it. Far too often it’s damn hard to find a restroom in anything but a fast food restaurant. Signs are hidden and too often I have to ask twice.
