In my opinion, creativity is finding an alternative way to do (and in some cases: not do) something. Creativity is, simply put, thinking different. By thinking different you often discover better ways of doing something, yes, but without risking mistakes you will never truly be creative.

As Sir Ken Robinson once stated: &quot;If you&#039;re not prepared to be wrong, you will never come up with anything original.&quot;

I know that you&#039;re probably implying something along those lines here, but by stating that one line (about creativity being a search for the better), you may scare off some would-be creative thinkers.
